Welcome to ConquerJEE. By enrolling in our coaching services, accessing our website, or using our course materials, you agree to the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. Course Enrollment & Admission

Admissions to ConquerJEE are managed through Google Forms. We reserve the right to accept or reject any admission application without providing a reason.
The coaching reserves the right to cancel any student’s admission at its sole discretion for reasons including but not limited to disciplinary issues, non-compliance with these Terms, or any other reason deemed appropriate.

2. No Refund & No Guarantee Policy

No Refunds: Once payment is made, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
No Guarantees: ConquerJEE does not guarantee any specific rank, selection into IIT or any other college, or any other academic success. Our course is provided “as is” without any warranties of performance.

3. Course Content Usage & Intellectual Property Rights

All course materials, including but not limited to videos, notes, tests, and assignments, are owned by ConquerJEE.
Students are granted access to view the materials for personal learning purposes only. Any attempt to download, copy, distribute, modify, or share course content is strictly prohibited.
Unauthorized distribution, reproduction, or any attempt to damage the intellectual property of ConquerJEE will lead to legal action.

4. Code of Conduct

Students must adhere to ethical conduct and discipline while accessing our course materials or engaging in any interactions related to ConquerJEE.
Any form of misuse, including harassment, cheating, or violating the integrity of our platform, may result in immediate termination of access.

5. Liability Disclaimer

ConquerJEE is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
The coaching does not bear liability for third-party services, including Google Forms (used for admission) and Web3 Forms (used for contact inquiries).

6. Modifications to Terms

ConquerJEE reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
